I’m a baseball professional with experience across professional baseball operations, player development, scouting, and player evaluation. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Fitness and Wellness from Park University, graduating Summa Cum Laude with a 4.0 GPA, along with an Associate of Arts from Mesa Community College. As a former collegiate baseball player at Mesa CC and Park University, I developed a strong foundation in the game that has continued throughout my professional career.

My professional baseball experience includes three seasons with the Chicago Cubs as a Bullpen Catcher and Catching Development Coach, working directly with MLB and MiLB players. I supported catching and throwing development, rehabilitation programs, bullpen and live batting practice, video analysis, individualized player development plans, and scouting efforts.

I currently serve as a Team Operations Coordinator with Major League Baseball’s Arizona Fall League for the Salt River Rafters. After previously working as an AFL Bullpen Catcher, I now bring my on-field and player development experience into professional team operations, working directly with players, coaches, staff, and personnel from multiple MLB organizations.

My approach combines hands-on baseball experience with observation, technology, and data. I have worked with tools including TrackMan, Rapsodo, KinaTrax, Edgertronic, Blast Motion, and force plates, while continuing to develop my skills in Python, SQL, and R. I use these resources to evaluate players, support development, organize and communicate information, and contribute to the decision-making process within a baseball organization.
