Frequently Asked Questions

What is your approach to player development?

My approach to player development begins with getting to know the athlete, understanding their goals alongside the organization’s objectives, and identifying the areas where they can improve. From there, I create an individualized plan tailored to their specific needs, monitor their progress, and adjust the plan as they continue to develop.

Every player is different, so it is essential to take an intentional approach and create a development plan that is specific to the individual.

What is your experience with baseball operations?

My baseball operations experience includes my current role as Team Operations Coordinator with the Arizona Fall League, where I support the Salt River Rafters and work closely with players and staff representing five MLB organizations. My responsibilities include managing team logistics, coordinating players and staff, overseeing daily operations, and facilitating communication across the organization.

I have also supported MLB Draft workouts for the Chicago Cubs and contributed to scouting initiatives across the 2023, 2024, and 2025 Draft cycles. These experiences have strengthened my knowledge of player evaluation and scouting operations.

  • Perform consistently in games and translate your tools into competition
